Terms & Conditions At Navkala, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering a flexible and convenient exchange policy. As per our company policy, we provide Free Exchange on any product once sold. However, we do not offer returns or refunds.
Exchange Policy:
Once a Navkala item is sold, it can only be exchanged for a replacement product of equal or higher value.
If the product is eligible for exchange, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery at 9318418234 or via email at katyayanifashion22@gmail.com to request an exchange.
We provide a reverse pickup facility for exchanges, subject to approval by our team.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us your order details along with clear images of the product.
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will send a replacement product.
Sale items, discounted products, purchases made using coupons, and gift vouchers are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Shipping Costs for Exchange:
If the product received is damaged or different from the description, Navkala will bear the cost of return shipping for the exchange.
If the customer wishes to exchange the product for a different item (not due to damage or incorrect shipment), the customer will bear the shipping costs for return and re-shipping.
The returned product remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by Navkala.
Conditions for Exchange:
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging intact.
Customers must include their name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the desired size (if applicable).
Each order is eligible for exchange only once.
If we have sent a damaged or incorrect product, we will exchange it without additional charges.
- Damaged and defective products replacement/Exchange will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.
