Shipping Policy

At Navkala, we take pride in offering designer-made and handcrafted products. Due to the intricate and unique nature of our ethnic collections, we ensure that every product meets the highest quality standards before shipment.

Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping and work with the best courier partners to ensure timely delivery. However, delays caused due to incomplete addresses will be the customer’s responsibility, and reshipping charges will apply.

Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping on all orders.

  • International Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated based on actual courier costs. Customers will be notified via email once the order is ready for dispatch, and charges must be paid before shipment. The courier receipt will be shared for reference.

VAT & Import Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable VAT, GST, customs duties, local taxes, and import duties.

  • These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid directly to the courier partner at the time of delivery.

  • Fees vary by country and are governed by local regulations.

Courier Charges

  • Any additional courier handling fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery, as advised by the courier partner.

Shipment Time

  • Made-to-Order (MTO) Products: Shipped within 3 to 4 weeks from order booking.

  • We typically receive merchandise from suppliers within three weeks, after which we prepare and dispatch your order.

  • The estimated dispatch and shipping time may vary depending on product availability and customization.

Transit Risk

  • All orders are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.

Shipping Address

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses.

  • Customers must provide complete shipping details, including postal codes.

  • Any delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will result in reshipping charges borne by the customer.

Change of Shipping Address

  • Customers can update their shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by logging into their account on Navkala.com.

  • Address changes will not be accepted after 24 hours.

Delivery of Multiple Products

  • If multiple products are ordered together, they will be dispatched in a single shipment.

  • For customized products, the order will be shipped only after customization is complete.

Delay in Delivery

  • Navkala is not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided in such cases.

  • If an order is delayed due to stock unavailability, customers will be notified via email and given the option to:

    • Choose an alternative product

    • Receive store credit

    • Request a refund for the unavailable item

  • All products are shipped from India.

  • Billing Address refers to where a customer receives their credit card bills.

  • Shipping Address refers to the delivery location.
